What are the check in and check out times?

Check in begins at 4:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel by 4:00pm local hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancel penalty charge. Advanced Purchase rates are non refundable.

What is the $50 hold on my credit card account and why did I get charged this?

Each reservation requires a $50 incidental hold per night that is to be placed on the credit card on file for the duration of the reservation. At the time of check out, if no incidentals were posted to the room, then the hold is returned to the credit card on file.

NOTE: It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit cards.

Where do I park?

Street Parking: Parking along N 10th Street and Juneau Avenue is free parking on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as many surrounding side streets. Please obey all posted restrictions as this is monitored by the city for enforcement if restrictions apply.

Brewery Parking Garage: Located on N 9th Street and W Juneau Avenue (about a block from our front doors), the parking structure offers secured pay as you go parking, offering short term hourly rates, as well as overnight rates. Please see their posted signage for up to date parking rates. You can also find more parking information at the Interstate Parking website for the Milwaukee area:https://www.interstateparking.com/milwaukee

Valet Parking: Valet is available daily from 6:00am 12:00am for a nightly fee of $40.

Are pets allowed?

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites does not allow pets on the premises, unless they are certified service animals. A $250.00 cleaning fee may be charged to your room should you have an unauthorized pet.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms, balcony, or on the grounds?

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites is a smoke free facility. All of our rooms are designated as non smoking, including our public areas and private outdoor terraces. Please note that a $250.00 charge will be added to guest rooms for removal of tobacco and other smoke odors. Designated smoking areas have been established outside of the hotel, at least 25 feet from the entrances.

How old do I have to be to book a room at the Brewhouse Inn & Suites?

You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve/book a room at our hotel. You must also provide a valid I.D. to verify during check in.

Do you offer handicap accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer handicap accessible rooms. Please ask your reservations agent for more information when booking your room.

Where is On Tap?

The restaurant is located on the left-hand side of the building when facing the front.

Is On Tap open to the public to the public or just to hotel guests?

On Tap is open to both overnight guests and to the public!

Does the hotel lock its doors at night?

Yes, we lock our doors at 11:00 pm. Guests will need to use their keycards to gain access to the building from the side door after 11:00 pm.Quiet hours are from 10:00pm–6:00am daily.
